perps and other possibilities

it’s fun to daydream and imagine what could’ve happened if perpetrators didn’t commit their crimes but i think for most of them it’s useless trying to imagine what could’ve been done to stop them. for example, adam, i don’t think he could’ve been stopped. and even if he was i think he would’ve been miserable living a normal life and probably would’ve just killed himself anyway. you can’t separate them from their crimes when it is who they are. everything about them lead up to them committing it. i think some people definitely could’ve been stopped, like kip kinkel, if he was given better help but someone like adam couldn’t have been helped, not at the point he was anyway.
